By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

All accounts being created must be approved by an administrator before they can be created. Anonymous users will not be allowed to edit pages as that right is reserved to only users having an account on this website. The reason for this action is to prevent fake accounts being created by robots or automated programs that tend to be used for spamming or manipulating people to go to bogus websites.

We have zero tolerance for bogus website links and fake profiles used for manipulating people. There is understanding to hide the true identity of someone for the sake of privacy and is acceptable, but using it for manipulation to steal money from someone else, steal an identity of someone else, or any other form of theft will not be accepted here.

Anything posted on this website should contain content from the Fighting One Eyed Bears game or subjects related to the Kattner Games company such as Kattner Games itself or its products that were created by it. Anything else will be subject to deletion and possible blocking of the user.

Profanity is to be kept to a minimum. Any strong language situation that are reported by other users may lead to editing or deletion of a page and possibly blocking of the offender.

The age requirement is 10 years old or older. This website is not meant for those under the age of 10 since our products have mild to moderate violence in their content. You will not be permitted to create an account or use this website if under the age specified in this paragraph.

If you are over 18 years old and you wish to have an adult topic, please take into consideration of those under 18 by having a page or talk page set to privacy to only certain user ages.

There is to be no threats or feelings of being threatened based on age, gender, religion, or nationality.

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated either. If a conversation, topic, or image is sexual by nature (no offense to minors reading this), it must be by consent and kept in the strictest privacy where those under the age of 18 are unable to read it and unable to see it. If the receiving party did not give consent and it is reported and it is deemed as inappropriate, the post and/or image will be removed and/or edited.

Minor romance topics (kissing, hugging, and holding hands) are permitted on this website provided it is not containing serious profanity and it does not seriously offend someone.

Images are permitted to be uploaded to this website provided that it falls within the guidlines in these terms. They are to have no nudity or hate words on them or anything seeming threatening to other users. If something is reported as threatening, it will be at the discretion of an administrator whether it really is threatening and if it should be removed from the website. Uploading pictures of our products in bikinis as a joke (such as a bear in a bikini in our game, one of our robots in a bikini, or one of our chatbots in a bikini) is acceptable provided it does not make other users feel uncomfortable.

Image captures of the Fighting One Eyed Bears game itself are not considered threatening unless that image has been edited. An example of editing an image would be pressing print screen, pasting it into an image editor, then changing the original image, and then saving it. An example of not editing it would be pressing print screen, pasting it in an image editor, not changing the pasted image, saving it, and then doing nothing more to the image afterwards.

There is to be no copyright infringement of other users and/or businesses without their permissions first.

If there are any issues on this website contact an administrator or webmaster via email or by private message on the Facebook page. If emails remain unanswered for more than 48 hours, please contact via private message instead. If you happen to have a phone number from an administrator and he or she does not answer, then leave a message on his or her voicemail.

Any violation of the Terms of Service is subject to an account being blocked and/or pages being deleted or edited.
